In order to keep up with inflation and the ever-rising cost of insurance, the Association has had no choice but to increase our monthly fee to $200.00 per month, effective January 1, 2022. The new fee amount will be reflected in your payment booklets, or if you are an ACH user, your first draft for January 2022 will be for the new amount.
