Effective January 1, 2023, the Association’s monthly assessment for condominium fees will be $225 per month. The $25 increase is directly proportionate to and will fund the increased cost of property insurance based upon our last renewal.
For those with automatic monthly ACH debits arranged through the management company, the new fee will be automatically withdrawn for January’s payment. For all others, the new payment booklets will be mailed shortly. If you have any questions, please reach out to Personalized Association Managment.
